Interruptions. My tongue feels like it is too big to to fit into the shape my teeth make for it. It always gets like this when I have a sore throat. I am in a constant state of sore throatedness. If I don't sip water once every five minutes it dries up and feels like fire.
At the beginning of this week I had one whole week to produce an essay/presentation for monday. Inerruptions. Mondays and Tuesdays are classes classes classes. Work til midnight etc. Wednesday should have been a productive day except I was too worried about resting so I would be in ok health for tattoo on thursday. Thursday was tattoo and work til midnight again and finally friday, when I should have been able to knuckle down and do this I have to run around all morning for a $10 trademe deal gone wrong. What a mission. I'm never selling things of little value on trademe again. Just ditch them. Saves the stress.
So here I am, friday afternoon. Trying to keep my nose from leaking snot because being sick for me is starting to be just the regular everyday state of health.
Whoever said that students don't work hard (or even thought it) had no idea.
I work as a tutor for TWO classes that takes up much of my week liasing with students and granting extensions for late assignments and answering stupid questions like "what does social polarisation mean?". I mean, really. Just hit up wikipedia. Anything.
I work until midnight twice a week which inevitably kills anything resembling a fresh start the next day. And when I do get time to sit down and do my own work, nothing comes out. Well, until the last minute. It will all work out in the end I guess.
So here I go.
Two days to go.
Nothing done so far.
Hoping that it will just all work out in the end.
Funny how that works.
