New phone is sweet. It takes photos just that little bit nicer than the n70. Enough of a good quality for me to want to snap more. Because it is at a resolution you wouldn't be ashamed to share with people. Even at dusk, twilight or whatever. the shots at the netball courts below were in really low light. And I have only just begun to play with exposure settings. Finding that increasing the exposure value can produce a more bright and lively shot in many cases.
Anyways. Last night I caught the train to watch netball. Only, I got on the wrong line and headed past Greenlane etc instead of Orakei and Glen Innis. Used it as an excuse to ride a new road.
Riding new roads is so much fun
I really need to do that as much as I can
Even if they are roads that you have driven a hundred times. Riding is totally different.
Rode 6+ k's to netball along Ellerslie-Panmure Highway. It's pretty much a death lane for cyclists.
The road is narrow and no room or shoulder at all for me. And what's worse is there are heaps of drains that you need to swerve out into the middle of the lane to avoid.
anyways. Much more to write but no time. I delayed lunch with Tilly and told her I was in the middle of work when i actually just uploading these pics! haha (sorry til).
Some of the last few days in pictures. Glad to have Coralee back. I hope we never have to be apart for long periods of time. How hard is that!
